Hey GHS! Student Council wants to let you know about their fundraiser coming up next week in support of Make-A-Wish. Make-A-Wish is an organization that creates life-changing wishes for kids with critical illnesses. Wishes don’t just impact the child, but everyone involved. With family members, volunteers, communities, and even a few students from GHS being impacted, this organization has truly made a difference throughout the globe, one child at a time. While Make-A-Wish grants thousands of wishes each year, that’s only 50% of eligible kids. We’re raising money to help more deserving kids have their dreams come true. Starting next week, Tuesday, 3/24, during your lunch period, you can purchase a paper star to hang on the wall for $2, with all proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish kids.
Attention all students, Student Council has spread Smith Leprechauns around the school. If you find one, bring it to the office by the end of the day (only one per student) to retrieve a lucky prize!
Attention SAGE Members: Our next meeting will be after school TODAY, in Room A134. We will be finishing our March Book Club read and preparing for April activities. Hope to see you there!
