SpotlightDramatic Impact’s production of The Addams Family was recognized with seven Jerry Award casting nominations and three production nominations this year. The Directors would again like to again congratulate all of these nominees for representing Germantown and Dramatic Impact with such excellence. Being nominated for a Jerry Award is a tremendous honor and speaks to the outstanding quality of work put on stage throughout this season.

Congratulations to Wyatt DeHart on being selected as a Jerry Award Winner for his Outstanding Supporting Performance! This recognition is incredibly well deserved, and the directors are so impressed with the commitment and talent that he brought to the stage as Lurch.

TrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackTrackPowerCongratulations to the powerlifting team, who recently wrapped up their 2026 season! In March, the team won the Division 1 Equipped Team Championships in the Boys, Girls, and Combined (Top 5 Boys & Top 5 Girls) divisions!  Ten individual champions helped lead the way to victory. Natalie Janke and Ryan Melka had standout performances and were named Best Equipped Lifters of the meet. In addition, Natalie broke WHSPA state records in the deadlift (452 lbs.) and total (1152 lbs.)!!

In April, the team competed in the 2026 Powerlifting America High School National Championships.  Germantown was well represented, sending 39 JV and Varsity athletes to the event.  Outstanding performances by all athletes allowed the team to place second in the Men's, Women's, and Combined Varsity Equipped divisions and first place in the Men's JV Equipped Division.  Team members now wait to see if their performance was enough to qualify them to represent Team USA for either the IPF World Championships at the end of August or the North American Powerlifting Championships at the beginning of August. Special congratulations to National Champions Izzy Gazdecki, Natalie Janke, Aiden Goltry, Zander Jensen, Omar Sandoval-Ruiz, and Sam Prendergast!
