Consider renting the Germantown PAC for your next event.
Perfect for concerts, recitals, dramatic performances, meetings, weddings, workshops, and more, the Germantown Performing Arts Center is a 760-seat theatre located in the northeast wing of Germantown High School. The space features a 56-foot proscenium, orchestra pit, Wi-Fi, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Offering plenty of free parking, the facility is air-conditioned and has easy handicap access.

Basic Requirements
Event dates are booked on an annual basis and open to renters starting the spring prior. Organizations consisting of 51% or more Germantown residents are eligible for significant discounts. Contact the PAC Coordinator to discuss your event and complete the PAC Application for Use. A security deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to hold an event date along with the signed application. Event dates cannot be held without a deposit. Organizations renting the PAC must have a certificate of insurance on file with a minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage and "Germantown School District" listed as the additional insured during the event dates. Renters must also submit a signed copy of the Rules and Regulations for the PAC. Contact the PAC Coordinator to complete a rental application, receive an estimate, and schedule a building tour.
Ticketing
The Germantown PAC uses VBO ticketing software for its events. Once arranged, your event will be for sale on our website 24/7. A ticketing link will also be provided to you to share on your own website and social media. Walk-up box office hours will be available on a limited basis. Guests purchasing tickets online have the option of printing their own tickets, sending their tickets to Will Call, or showing their confirmation QR code via their phone upon entry.
Our system is set up for both general admission and reserved seating events, with many options for multiple ticket prices and packages. We also have a “Social Distancing” seating feature that automatically creates optimal distancing between purchasers. Increase your sales potential by selling tickets to your live stream. Our ticketing platform allows you to sell encoded access to your live stream, meaning you won't lose sales from patrons sharing links without permission.
There is no setup charge for ticketed events, however, processing fees per ticket will apply; these may be incorporated or added to ticket costs. Weekly ticket reports will be sent to you once your event has been activated. Proceeds from your event will be mailed by check to your organization less any remaining rental fees.
Staffing
A house manager and a custodian will be provided with each rental period. Adequate backstage supervision for children must be provided by the renter. The PAC has many student volunteers available to assist with technical elements, and we encourage partnership with your organization's volunteers to fill all positions both backstage and front of house. The PAC can provide rudimentary live streaming for your event for no extra fee, however, we do recommend that you hire a professional to stream your event for you.
