As part of Kennedy's PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Strategies), students were challenged to earn 2,500 acknowledgment tickets for demonstrating positive behaviors during the school day and responded with over 3000! As a result the students enjoyed an "Incentive Day" on Wednesday Nov.26th, before the Thanksgiving holiday. Students had many activities to choose from including beachball volleyball, BYOD (bring your own device) gaming, music and dancing, art, and computer games. In addition, GHS entertained students with their "Wall of Sound" concert! The KMS Student Council also sold popcorn and soda as part of their "Kennedy Cares" fundraising, which donates proceeds to local charities.
Thanks to all the staff and students who helped make it a well deserved fun and exciting day for all our KMS family!
