Mr. Farren is originally from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin where he attended Wauwatosa East High School, followed by Valparaiso University where he earned a B.A. in English and Political Science and then his teaching certification through their graduate program. He was then hired at his alma mater of Wauwatosa East, where he taught English and American History for 7.5 years. While teaching and serving as both a boys and girls golf coach, he attended Marian University, earning his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. His certifications include: K-12 Principal, Director of Special Education/Pupil Services, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and also has served as a Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certified Trainer. Mr. Farren came to Germantown in January of 2004 as an Associate Principal/Director of Curricular Programming, then served as the Assistant Principal, the Associate Principal, and most recently the Interim Principal for the 2009-10 school year. |
