School Day Schedule*

The school day at Germantown High School begins at 7:20 a.m. and ends at 2:22 p.m., and includes a 30-minute lunch period.  The schedule has seven periods, usually 51 minutes in length with a 5 minute passing period.  Students take their lunch in the cafeteria, where both hot and cold lunch is served.

All students attend periods 1, 2, and 3 at the start of the day, and periods 6 and 7 at the end of the day.  The schedule in the middle of the day consists of two 51-minute class periods and one 30-minute lunch period.  Student schedules for the middle of the day (periods 4A, 4B, 5A, or 5B) are dependent on which of the 3 lunch periods they are assigned.

Students having 1st lunch attend class during Periods 4B and 5B. Students having 2nd lunch attend class during Periods 4A and 5B. Students with the 3rd lunch have class during Periods 4A and 5A.
