ANNUAL MAIL-IN SCREENING

Annually, the Germantown School District seeks school pre-readiness information from parents concerning their 2½ to 3½ year old children.  A questionnaire was mailed mid January, 2010.  Families with children 3½ to 4½ years of age will only be sent a questionnaire if they did not fill one out last year.  If you have children between these ages and did not receive a questionnaire please call 253-3919.
