Mission of the Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department serves all stakeholders of the Germantown School District by communicating effectively with District employees and the community; staffing District vacancies with high-quality individuals; problem-solving in a helpful and timely manner; and providing courteous service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Danielle is responsible for the employee database, personnel files, benefit administration, graduate credits, professional growth hours, school board election, workers compensation claims, and leave of absences.

Margo Kluge

Margo is responsible for the Aesop substitute calling system, certified substitutes, WECAN management, workers' compensation reporting, coaching contracts, and extended contracts.

Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the District's labor and employment practices, including the hiring/termination process, compensation, employee benefits, contract maintenance, bargaining, and dispute resolution.
