About Mr. Woger
My name is Joe Woger. This is my sixth year at County Line and my fifth
year teaching 4th Grade. I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin –
Milwaukee in Geological Sciences. I love rocks, minerals, and fossils.
After many years of working in the business sector, I decided to return to
school to become a teacher. I received my teaching certificate from Cardinal Stritch University. In May I earned a Master's degree in the Art of Teaching. My action research focused on reading fluency and comprehension.
I feel my many life experiences will allow me to connect learning to your child’s everyday life.I would like to extend a warm welcome to all County Line families and I am looking forward to working as a partner in your child’s education. Please stop in and say hello if you have a chance.

My mission is to meet the social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of each student. I believe that each child has a unique potential. In order for children to fulfill their potential, students must feel safe to share their fears, questions, and begin their search for knowledge. I am committed to teaching my students respect for all people and an understanding of the cultural diversity of the world in which we live. My ultimate goal is to foster a love of learning, build self-confidence and develop a sense of well being.
