Facility Use Procedures
- All Facility Users must follow these instructions in order for your application to be processed.
- All Facility Users must follow the policy guidelines as shown in the policy documents below. Users not following the rules will immediately have their facility use privileges revoked.
This is not an automated on-line process. The Application Form must be fully and legibly completed and is available at the office of the school where the facility/site is being requested. The completed form must be returned to the same office.
